In Rathore Industries

The 42nd floor of Rathore Enterprises felt less like a corporate headquarters and more like a pressure cooker on the verge of exploding.

Outside, dawn was barely breaking over the skyline, casting long, shadowy beams through the floor-to-ceiling glass walls of the executive boardroom. Inside, the air was sharp with air-conditioned chill and thick with suffocating tension.

​At the head of the long mahogany table sat Adwait Rathore.

​His jacket was off, the sleeves of his crisp charcoal shirt rolled neatly up to his forearms, revealing the lean muscle and dark timepiece on his wrist. His expression was unreadable—a mask of cold, calculated stillness—but the sheer intensity radiating from him had half a dozen department heads staring fixedly at their leather portfolios, barely daring to breathe.

​Clack.

​The sound of Adwait setting his fountain pen onto the glass tabletops echoed like a gunshot in the silent room.

​"Let me get this straight," Adwait’s deep, quiet voice cut through the silence, calm yet laced with lethal precision. "A non-disclosure agreement for a multi-crore acquisition—a file stored exclusively on a encrypted server inside my personal assistant's cabin—was leaked to our primary competitor at three o'clock yesterday afternoon."

​He leaned forward slightly, resting his elbows on the table and clasping his hands together. His sharp eyes swept across the row of executives.

​"And none of you noticed until the media called for a statement?"

​"B-Bhai... I mean, Sir," the head of IT security stammered, adjusting his glasses with trembling fingers. "The breach didn't come from an external hack. The keycard access log shows someone used an internal administrative pass to enter the cabin during the lunch hour shift. The CCTV footage for that specific corridor... it was looped for twelve minutes."

​Adwait didn't raise his voice. He didn't slam his hand on the table. He simply let the silence stretch for five agonizing seconds, watching the man sweat.

​"An inside job," Adwait said softly. "In my floor. Under my watch."

​He stood up smoothly, drawing himself to his full height. The aura of absolute authority filled the room instantly.

​"I don't care if it was a rogue intern or a senior director," Adwait stated, his tone leaving no room for argument. "Every single person who had floor access between twelve and two yesterday will hand over their personal devices to external auditors within the hour. Anyone who hesitates can consider themselves terminated and facing a criminal lawsuit by noon."

​"Sir, the legal team is already on standby," his secondary secretary interjected quickly, handing him a updated file. "And... Mr. Rathore, your grandfather called twice this morning. He asked if you’ll be coming home for dinner tonight."

​At the mention of home, a faint crease appeared between Adwait’s brows as memories of last night’s conversation flared up. Marriage. Settling down. The timing couldn't be worse.

​"Tell him I'm tied up with meetings," Adwait replied coldly, taking the file and striding toward his private office. "And draft a press release denying the leak rumors before the stock market opens."

​Pushing open the heavy double doors of his office, Adwait stood by the glass window, looking down at the sprawling city below. His mind was running a hundred miles an hour, compartmentalizing the corporate threat while suppressing the domestic pressure waiting for him at home.

​He had no room for distractions. Not now.The tension is really intimating, as adwait is thinking about his next move, so that he can catch that person without spreading any news. He wanted to close this matter as soon as possible he can.

On the Other Side

In the Aura rize plaza Mall the trio entered with sunglasses on, hands in hands and look ready to shop the mall. They first decided to buy some clothes, so they enter one shop and starts selecting tops, then jeans, shorts and many more types. After this they went to buy some footwears.

Then they went to buy food as it's been 2 hours since they are shopping and now it's almost done so they decided to eat something. So they went to a shop, ordered their food. After this the trio went to a salon to get a relaxing massage.

Buy the time everything is done they come back from the mall and vanya decides to drive. So she take the keys from advika and starts driving. On their way to home they were talking, laughing and smiling. After reaching the home, they were ready to go until advika mother stops both the girls from going as she wants them to do dinner with them.

" Vanya and Ananya where you both were going?" Deepika asked from them.

After this both girls stop on their track and slowly turned to see her mother standing with arms folded to her chest and starting both of them.

They both gulped and fake smiled, "Aunty we were not going anywhere" Vanya said.

"We were just.... and signal to ananya to say something, Ananya let out a fake cough and said, " aunty we were not going anywhere, we just went upto car to take out our things."

After listening this, her mother told them to first do the dinner and then went to take whatever their stuff was left behind. And upon hearing this both girls let a huff and decided to do dinner first. Because doing arguing will not made her change her decision.

So they smiled and went upstairs with advika to wash their hands.

Meanwhile in Advika's room,

The trio get into the room and laid down on the bed, making a frustrated huff, close their eyes for a while as they get tired from their day out. After relaxing their body for sometime, all get up from the bed and wash their hands. Then they went downstairs for the dinner.

At the dinner table, Deepika ji is arranging the food at dinner table. Her husband pradeep came and sat the head chair. After that the girls also came, sat at the respective places. Her mother called her brother divyansh also.

" Divyansh came beta, see all came only you were left." Deepika said

"Mom I am coming in two minutes." Divyansh tell

"Okay" Deepika said and went towards dining area to eat with others.

"Mom where is he?" Advika ask

"He is coming. We all should continue the dinner, he will come and join us." Deepika said

"Ohh, okay." Advika said

Then all starts eating their dinner while eating they laugh, talk and enjoy being with everyone. At that moment divyansh also came and sat beside his mother. He serve himself and starts eating. After seeing him,

Vanya asked, " Or Divyansh how is everything going on? How your life is going on ?"

Upon hearing which divyansh smiled and tell "Di everything is good. All things were good. You tell how are you and how's everything going in your life?"

Then ananya said, "Iski life me toh sab kuch achaa chal rha h. Tum apni btao koi girlfriend wagarh mili ki nhi."

( Everything is good in her life. You tell us, did you get a girlfriend or not)

After listening thier words and intentions he understood that they wanted to know about their personal life. But thier is nothing to tell them about his personal life as he gets busy in his job this much that he doesn't have time for a girlfriend.

"Di neither i have any girlfriend nor I have this much time now for a girlfriend." Divyansh told

"Why did you not have any girlfriend? It's not fair." Vanya pouted

"Di nothing is wrong in this. See advi di and anya di is also single na. So how it's unfair for me and fair for both of them." Divyansh said while smiled to tease their both sisters.

Both advika and ananya turned their faces towards divyansh and said in unison "how does we get include in your conversation?" Both said

"The conversation is happening in between you two so kept it upto you. Don't involve us. Understand you both." Ananya said while pointing her fork towards both of them.

"Okay okay we both understood, anya. No need to do violence." Vanya said while raising her hands in the air to please her.

While seeing their banter both Deepika and Pradeep is smiling and Deepika take the evil eye off from them and said that they don't get evil eye of anyone.

Deepika clapped her hands in air and told " okay, it's enough for today now you all eat your food and Ananya and Vanya you both also have flight tomorrow na. So for that you also have to leave na. Or will you stay today here today, go from here." What's your plan.

"No, no aunty we were just leaving. Our dinner is done as we have to do the packing also." Vanya replied

Both stand from their seats. Bid goodbye to everyone. The trio hugs each other and take their leave.

"So we were leaving, bye" Both said

"Ok, bye and when you both reached tomorrow call me. Remember it" Advika said

"Yes, we know it. We will surely call you. Okay" Ananya replied

"Okay, then bye" Advika replied while waving her hand in the air.

While In Rathore Industries

Adwait is sitting in his cabin keeping his hand at his forehead and massaging it. He is reviewing his upcoming projects that's he signed with Chopra group of industries as this contract is very important for his company.

So he is just reviewing it just at that moment a knoch came in his office door. "Come in" he replied

His P.A. ajay came and said "Boss i find something disturbing in this video. I thought you should also see it."

"Maybe, we will get some clue about that person." Ajay said

"Ajay show me what hint you get from this video." Adwait replied

Ajay paused the video, leaning over the dark mahogany desk. "Watch right here, Boss. Second forty-two."

Adwait leaned forward, rubbing his temples as the paused frame flickered on the screen. The figure on camera had their back completely turned to the lens, face obscured by a dark hood.

"He's careful," Adwait muttered, his cold voice. "He kept his head down the entire time. There's no face to trace, Ajay."

"Not on him directly," Ajay said, stepping closer and tapping the monitor. "Look at the corner of the executive elevator door behind him."

Adwait squinted at the polished stainless - steel surface. The convex reflection distorted the image, but as Ajay played the video frame - by - frame, the ambient overhead light hit the metal at just the right angle.

"Stop," Adwait ordered, his hand slamming onto the desk. "Rewind two frames."

Ajay hit the key. The curved steel picked up a clear, mirrored glance of the man's profile as he turned his head - along with the gold - rimmed signet ring flashing against his temple.

"The mirror finish on the elevator," Adwait whispered, his eyes darkening. "He thought he cleared the camera angles, but he forgot the doors were polished."

"Yes, boss i think that he doesn't keep the everything check carefully," Ajay said

Ajay try to track this image asap. It can be our chances. I don't want to miss any chance in catching the person who have this much guts to enter in Adwait Singh Rathore cabin and stole the file.

"Okay, Boss also if I get something else I will update you." Ajay said

Adwait nod. Ajay went from their to investigate further. In the cabin, Adwait sat in his chair, keeping his eye closed and said that you can run as much possible as you can but in the end I will come to you and destroy you.

After thinking for sometime, he glanced at the wall clock, as he saw that it's already midnight so he decided to go his home. He stand from his chair, straighten his suit, pick up the jacket and walk out of his cabin.

He comes out of the company and went towards the parking lot. After sitting on the car he started the engine and went off for the home.

When his car pulled out in front of the mansion the massive gates get opened by the guards and he pulled out his car in front of mansion. After getting out from the car , he walks towards the linning room to see his mother sitting on the couch.

And after seeing his mom waiting for him, "Mom how many times should I have to told you to not wait for me." Adwait said

Upon hearing this her mother smiled, "Kya karu maa hu na toh apne bete ki chinta karna nhi chod skti hu." She said

(What can I do, I am a mom na that's why I can't stop myself from worrying about my son.)

"But still mom you....." Adwait reply pouted

"Now no ifs buts, now you go freshen up and I will warm the food okay," Nalini said

I went upstairs towards my room. After entering I keep the suit jacket at the bed and goes in the bathroom. I switch on the shower and let the cold water cascade down my body, letting my muscles relax.

After sometime, i come back from the bathroom wearing a grey t-shirt and black sweatpants. A towel in my hands rubbing my hair with it. After keeping the towel aside, i went downstairs and saw mom setting my plate. She smiled and served me.

After sitting on my chair I told her to go and sleep. After her going, I eat my dinner, kept the plate on the sink and went to my room. Then i checked some mail on my laptop. When I was finished with checking I laid down on the bed and in some minutes sleep took over.

In the darkness of his room, his hand subconsciously clenched into a fist against the mattress. Let them run tonight. Let them feel like they got away with it. Adwait closed his eyes, his final thought razor - sharp in the dark:

"Tomorrow, the hunt begins."
